Thank you for visiting the Tempo website. Your privacy matters a great deal to us. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect from you and how we use it.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Romanian version of this document is the binding one, and in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Romanian version prevails.

1. Who We Are

The website tempoapp.ro is operated by DINCA DANIEL-STEFAN PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA, a business registered in Romania, with its registered office at Str. Amiral Horia Macelariu nr. 8-10, bl. 21/1, sc. A, ap. 19, Sector 1, Bucharest, and unique registration code 43239568.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, the name of your centre.
  • Information collected automatically (cookies): IP address, browser type, pages visited.

2a. The Site's Forms

There are four forms on the site that collect personal data. What each one collects:

  • The contact form: name, email address, phone number, the name of your centre and your message.
  • The technical support form: name, email address, subject, the name of your clinic and the content of your message. These reports go into the same list as those sent from within the app, so they are handled together.
  • The Enterprise quote form: the name of your clinic, the contact person's name, email address, phone number, team size and message.
  • The clinic registration form: described separately in section 7.

3. How We Use the Data

We use the data we collect to communicate with you, for marketing and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and to meet our contractual obligations.

4. Sharing Data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing purposes.

We use the following providers, acting as processors:

  • Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) for storing data submitted through the contact form. Data is stored in the European Union, in the eur3 multi-region (Belgium and the Netherlands).
  • Vercel for hosting the website and processing the form.
  • Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited) for processing card payments, at the point of subscribing. The trial requires no card: payment details are entered for the first time only when the Clinic subscribes, are sent directly to Stripe and never reach TempoApp's systems; any transfers outside the European Union are made under Stripe's standard contractual clauses.
  • Resend for sending us the email notification when we receive an enquiry.
  • Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for traffic statistics, only if you accept cookies.

We keep data submitted through the forms as follows:

  • The contact form and Enterprise quote requests: 24 months, as a commercial record.
  • The technical support form: 12 months, long enough to recognise a recurring fault.

The period runs from the date of the enquiry or, if a conversation followed, from the date of last contact.

Deletion at the end of these periods is carried out by us, through periodic review. There is no automated system that erases this data on a fixed date, and the wording above describes a retention commitment rather than a mechanism.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, including before these periods elapse, by writing to contact@tempoapp.ro.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, you can contact us at contact@tempoapp.ro.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

7. Data Collected When a Clinic Signs Up

When a clinic creates an account on the platform, we collect: the clinic's name, the name of the person creating the account (the administrator), the administrator's email address, and the address chosen for the clinic (its subdomain on tempoapp.ro). This data is needed to create the account, identify the clinic's administrator and activate the chosen address.

No card details are requested at signup: they are entered for the first time only on subscribing. Card details never reach TempoApp's systems: they are sent directly to Stripe, as described in section 4.

The retention periods for a clinic account are those set out in the Data Processing Agreement, and they start running from the day the account becomes read-only, not from the day of signup. An account nobody has ever signed in to is deleted 30 days after it becomes read-only. An account that was used but holds no client records is deleted 60 days after it becomes read-only. An account containing real client records is never deleted on TempoApp's initiative: the Clinic receives notifications 30, 60 and 80 days after the account became read-only, and the data is deleted at 90 days unless the Clinic instructs otherwise; deletion happens sooner if the Clinic asks for it.

Deletion removes the data from the platform's active systems. Copies of that same data may continue to exist for a period in our infrastructure providers' backups, and are removed from those automatically as they age out of each provider's own rotation cycle; deletion from active systems is therefore not the same as instant deletion from every backup existing at that moment.
