Welcome to tempoapp.ro. Using this site means accepting the terms and conditions set out below.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Romanian version of this document is the binding one, and in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Romanian version prevails.

5. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this site will be settled amicably or, where that is not possible, by the competent courts of Romania.

6. The Clinic Address

The address chosen for a clinic (its subdomain on tempoapp.ro) cannot be renamed once the clinic has been created. An address that has ever hosted client records is retired permanently and is never reassigned to another clinic, not even after the account that used it has been deleted.

The reason is straightforward: parents keep the clinic address in their browser bookmarks, and children's access codes circulate by email. If an address were reassigned to a different clinic, a parent using a saved bookmark or a link received by email would arrive at another clinic's sign-in page while holding their own child's access code.

7. Trial Period and Subscription

Creating a clinic account includes a free 30-day trial period. No bank card is required to start: no payment details are requested or stored at signup, and no payment is taken during the 30 days.

How the trial period ends

The trial ends in exactly one way: it expires. From that moment the account becomes read-only. Every record remains intact and can still be read; what stops is the ability to change records or add new ones.

There is no grace period at the end of the trial, because nothing was owed and nothing failed.

Expiry does not delete the clinic's data. Deletion follows only the periods described in the Data Processing Agreement.

Subscribing

To work in the account again after the 30 days, the Clinic subscribes. That is the first point at which card details are entered: until then we have neither asked for nor held any.

How a subscription ends

An active subscription can come to an end in two ways, treated differently because they are different situations:

  • The subscription is cancelled: the account becomes read-only at the end of the period already paid for, with all records intact. No grace period is given: cancelling is the Clinic's decision, and extending access beyond it would mean ignoring that decision.
  • A card payment is declined: the Clinic has 14 days to resolve the problem (for example by updating the card details). If it is not resolved within that time, the account becomes read-only. The grace period exists for this case and only this case: a card blocked by a bank is an administrative problem, not a decision by the Clinic.

Wherever this document or our communications say that a subscription can be cancelled at any time, that means the account in question becomes read-only, not that the clinic's data is deleted immediately. Deletion follows the periods described in the Data Processing Agreement.
